Lucy specialises in commercial and company/corporate law,
advising small and medium-sized organisations generally with their
growth. She has a comprehensive background in information
technology and e-commerce, having worked in the software industry
for a number of years. She has acted for public and private
companies, partnerships and individuals throughout her legal
career.
Lucy provides non-contentious, commercial legal advice on many
types of business contracts and their related legal issues,
including e-commerce, intellectual property rights, licensing,
employment and service contracts, amongst other areas. She has
acted for many organisations, advising them on their corporate
legal matters, from incorporation through to exit, about their
business plans, joint ventures, business sales and acquisitions,
partnerships, limited liability partnerships and on admissions to
the UK junior markets.
